Experience across the systems behind commerce, giving, and delivery.

I started in backend engineering, then deliberately moved into product work—bringing technical context to requirements, delivery, and the people using a system.

Global e-commerce platform modernization and Platform–Tenant delivery.

  • Sole India-based PM on HP.com modernization, partnered with a US-based PM and embedded with engineering.
  • Supported refactoring of legacy Adobe Commerce modules into a unified Platform–Tenant model; four tenant teams depended directly on the platform.
  • Translated FY26 platform outcomes and quarterly goals into technical execution, aligning engineering roadmaps with business objectives.
  • Led requirements and high-fidelity prototypes for a centralized onboarding portal intended to address a manual tenant process that took three to four months. The prototype was completed before departure; no post-launch outcome is claimed.
  • Co-launched a platform newsletter, created a Microsoft Teams channel for tenant teams, and ran quarterly tenant interviews to surface friction.
  • Authored functional specifications, requirements, and user flows for the onboarding portal and Platform–Tenant model; contributed to payment-gateway user-flow analysis and issue debugging.

Product ownership for a philanthropic-fintech platform across foundations, access, giving flows, internal tools, and production operations.

  • Owned backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint ceremonies, UAT, and release readiness across public releases.
  • Co-led four foundational infrastructure releases for Charitable Allowance, including a restructure of the core user account model that enabled downstream feature development.
  • Led requirements for role-based access: defined Impact Account Owner and Administrator permissions across product surfaces, backend management, and data flows.
  • Co-built an audit system and CDC pipeline, beginning with role and permission changes before expanding coverage across the product.
  • Designed and rolled out a cross-functional triage system for a transaction-heavy production load of three to five issues per week, cutting resolution time by 20–30%.
  • Led a Charity Administrator revamp: surfaced five recurring pain points, aligned design and engineering in workshops, kept the committed date, and shipped with positive feedback from the Donor Experience team.
  • Worked as the only India-based product professional, bridging Canadian leadership and 50+ engineers across two continents; also partnered with mobile, data, QA, support, and design teams.
  • Used Pendo to identify flow drop-off and journey patterns; partnered on dashboards in Metabase and AWS QuickSight.

  • Integrated Brightpearl for post-order operations and supported inventory-system debugging.
  • Built four to five Pentaho ETL pipelines for Operations and Finance, automating manual daily data work.
